These terms apply to every order placed on realbeautiecollections.co.bw, which is operated by RealBeautie Collections from Gaborone, Botswana. By placing an order you accept them. We may update them from time to time, and the version published when you order is the one that applies.
You need to be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. You may order as a guest or create an account. If you have an account, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for orders placed through it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
An order you place is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we confirm the order and dispatch the goods. We may decline an order if an item has sold out, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot verify your delivery details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
All prices are shown in Botswana Pula. Prices on the site are shown excluding VAT; VAT at 14% and the delivery charge are calculated and displayed at checkout, so you always see the full amount before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order rather than simply charging you the correct price.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Discount codes are applied at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another code unless we say so. We may withdraw a code at any time. Where an order is partly refunded, the discount is applied proportionally to the items returned.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are there to show you the product, and colours can look different from one screen to another, so a shade may not be an exact match to what you see. Packaging is sometimes updated by the manufacturer without notice.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, are pregnant or are treating a skin condition, read the ingredient list, patch test a new product, and speak to a pharmacist or doctor if you are unsure.
Stock levels shown on the site are kept as current as we can, but an item can sell out between you adding it to your bag and completing checkout. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will offer you an alternative, a partial dispatch or a refund for that item.
Brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify and describe the products we sell. We supply genuine products in their original packaging.
Delivery charges, timeframes and what to do about a damaged parcel are set out in our shipping policy. Your right to return an item, and the hygiene exclusions that apply to cosmetics, are set out in our refund and returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
The text, images and layout of this site belong to us or our suppliers and are not to be copied for commercial use without our permission. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, place fraudulent orders, or scrape the site automatically.
If we get something wrong, we will put it right — by replacing the item, refunding you, or redelivering at our cost, as set out in our returns policy. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, such as loss of profit or missing an event because a courier ran late. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Botswana consumer law, and nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana, and the courts of Botswana have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather sort a problem out directly, so please contact us first.
